Yoga at Del Sol
Yoga at Del Sol blends disciplined movement, breathwork, and intelligent sequencing to build strength, mobility, and nervous system resilience.
Our classes range from dynamic heated practices using infrared heat to slower, restorative practices designed to balance effort with recovery.
Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, our approach emphasizes awareness, consistency, and long-term development.

Ashtanga (Infrared Heat)
A structured and disciplined yoga practice that forms the foundation of our Vinyasa lineage.
This class follows a consistent sequence of postures designed to build strength, flexibility, and focus through repetition and refinement. Compared to flowing Vinyasa classes, postures are held longer, allowing students to deepen their awareness and develop greater control.
The room is comfortably heated to around 80–85°F with infrared heat , allowing you to work deeply while maintaining steady breath and concentration without the heaviness of conventional heat.
Ashtanga is ideal for practitioners who enjoy a structured practice and want to develop discipline, consistency, and technical precision.

Hot Vinyasa (Infrared Heat)
A dynamic, breath-driven yoga practice designed to build strength, endurance, and mobility.
This class flows continuously through a sequence of postures synchronized with breath in an infra red heated studio (85–95°F).
Unlike traditional forced-air heat, infrared heat warms the body more directly, creating a deeper, more comfortable sweat while supporting circulation and recovery.
Expect rhythmic movement, energizing music, and a powerful physical practice that leaves you feeling both challenged and grounded.
Hot Vinyasa is ideal for students who enjoy a faster-paced class and want to develop stamina, flexibility, and focus.

Slow Flow
A slower-paced yoga class that emphasizes mindful movement and breath awareness.
Slow Flow invites practitioners to explore each posture with greater attention and control, allowing the body and breath to move together in a calm and grounded rhythm.
This class encourages deeper awareness, balance, and relaxation while still building strength and mobility.
The room is comfortably heated to around 80°F, creating a supportive environment for both beginners and experienced practitioners.
Yin Yoga
A slow, meditative practice focused on deep connective tissue and joint health.
Postures are held for several minutes at a time, allowing the body to gradually release tension while improving long-term flexibility and circulation.
Yin Yoga encourages stillness, introspection, and nervous system recovery.
Accessible to practitioners of all levels, this class offers a powerful complement to more active forms of movement.

Why Practice Here?
A Space Designed for Practice

This environment allows students to practice with focus and consistency away from the distractions of typical gyms and studios.

Why Infrared Heat
Del Sol uses infrared heating in select classes to create a more effective and comfortable heated practice.
Unlike traditional heating systems, infrared heat:
-
warms the body directly rather than the air
-
supports deeper muscle relaxation
-
promotes circulation and recovery
-
creates a more natural, breathable environment
This allows you to experience the benefits of heat without the heaviness often associated with conventional heated rooms.
